A true Intumescent pillow made from a hardwearing coated cloth pillow filled with pieces of Fireproof Sponge and Envirograf Intumescent Material it is soft and pliable, enabling them to be wrapped around services and to fill awkward areas. The pillows not only give fire stopping and smoke sealing, but will expand to 3 times their size in a fire, but are not high pressured, so they wont push each other out, they will just lock together. Can be used in computer rooms and sterile areas, as a permanent protection system or temporary, while work is being carried out, where you want to ensure that the Builders or Engineers don't take the pillows out and not fit them back again. We can supply a cord and eyelet, so all Pillows have a cable or cord through the eyelet, joining them all together and screw each cable to the walls, so they have to put the Pillow back dd /T to the reference for eyelet tag. Plastic Intumescent Fire & Smoke Seals with self-adhesive backing for ease of fixing. Supplied in two lengths: 1050mm or 2100mm. A version with intumescent fire seal only is available, for use where a smoke seal is not required. However, as smoke kills first, it is always advisable to fit combined intumescent fire and smoke seals. Used for fitting to doors, door frames and windows. This is a clear or white intumescent coating system for upgrading doors and panelling to fire door status. Materials contained in each kit are enough to cover 6m² area (according to the size of the door, enough material to cover three to four sides of single doors). Only the risk side needs to be coated on room doors and both sides on doors leading onto corridors or at the top of stairs. There is no need to remove any existing paints, varnish, or gold leaf. This product can be applied directly over all previous coatings after normal surface washing. Fire tests have been carried out on specific panels and doors. Ask an Envirograf Representative to call and view the relevant door before ordering or application of product, in order to ensure that the treatment is appropriate for the type of door.

An aqueous dispersion white coating offering protection for plaster board of various thicknesses. The Envirograf coating develops a microporous Intumescent layer, which gives a smooth decorative finish, but also protects the plasterboard when attacked in excess of one hour. To be applied on 9mm or thicker plasterboard 2 coats at 4m²/litre.

A high tensile plastic seal that comprises two sections which can be used either together or separately. Supplied in grey, brown or black. When used the seal offers protection against weather, draught and sound, where a threshold seal is required on a flat surface, particularly where there is no weather bar. In situations where a draught and weather seal is needed for an exterior door, only one section is used in conjunction with an Envirograf® Door Seal. Designed for interior and exterior use, the seal is suitable for domestic and care homes, offices, public buildings and hospitals, as well as industrial use in factories and warehouses, complying with Document M Building Regulations for disabled entrances, with all seals.

An interior and exterior seal designed for flat thresholds. Made of a high tensile plastic, making it durable and able to take heavy corridor and entrance traffic such as prams, trolleys, bikes and fork lift trucks, without causing harm to the effectiveness of the brush seals, therefore giving better weather , draught and acoustic sealing. The seal is easy to fit requiring no rebate, and offers weather, draught and acoustic protection. It is used in conjunction with Envirograf weather, draught and smoke seals.

A durable plastic trim housing Product 100, designed to give protection to door edges similar in application to Product 70. Supplied in white or brown. Used in areas where risk of damage is high i.e. Hospitals, sheltered housing, care homes, airports, industrial areas and places subject to wheelchair, forklift or small industrial truck traffic. The trim uniquely includes a rebate for a standard Intumescent door seal where required making it suitable for both fire and non-fire protective doors. The trim also has a flexible section enabling it to be separated into two sections to fit doors from 42-46mm and 52-56mm thickness. The door protective trim simply slips over the door edge. Peel off the double sided tape backing on the inside edges of the trim. Slip the door trim over the door and fix. Place the seal supplied before removing the double sided tape backing, fix to the rebate and finishing with panel pins.

The flexible channel contains an Intumescent Strip either side for glazing. Designed for areas where noise and vibration is common. The channel is neoprene and therefore absorbs sound and movement more efficiently than standard glazing fixtures, and offers fire protection. Ideal for radio room glazing. Available in two sizes, which can be used for circular, oblong and square glass installations, to be used with either hardwood or metal trim. Use with the Intumescent for non-insulated glass such as 6mm wired, ceramic or laminated glass or without the Intumescent on insulated glass. The white rigid plastic channel 2100mm length has intumescent already fitted inside, with two neoprene fins to hold the glass firmly in place. The channel simply slides over the glass and is suitable for 5-7mm glass. Available in white or brown.

Envirograf Wall Sleeves are made of a fibre free Intumescent Material which allows for the natural expansion and contraction of pipes and also gives protection from corrosion caused by contact with cement blocks, cement, plaster or other materials. Available in 500mm lengths the sleeves can easily be cut with a sharp knife and off cuts can be joined together with tape. In case of a fire, the Intumescent Sleeve will expand sealing the gap between the pipe and wall. For pipes passing through fire rated walls and ceilings that must be allowed to expand and contract, ie: hot water / gas pipes. An Intumescent Quilt designed for fire protection in ventilation ducting. Supplied in a 8 metre roll and 6mm thicknesses. Used for ventilation, ducting and trunking. Simply use AS Adhesive and wire with Galvwire to finish.

Available is a red self-adhesive silicone tape SIL/T, which can be fitted around gaps and between flues on the back of boilerplates, as a seal. Colour black and red. Stove Seal Fibre Mouldable Caulking Mastic for sealing around boilers, regulator plates and chimney flu connections.

A metal trim in standard finished or brown or white. Other colours are available. The trim is complete with pre-fixed Intumescent Seals and is applied to the framed area with screws, which are supplied. The trim is made to hold wired or clear fire glass behind existing decorative glass, thereby giving half hour or one hour fire protection and allowing the decorative glass to remain undisturbed. Supplied in standard 2100mm lengths. Other sizes and many finishes are made to order.

For shopping malls, exhibition hall, factories, etc. The Curtain is an impregnated glass cloth, sealed with a coating which will withstand heat up to 1200°C, not only giving smoke protection, but also Class 0 and Class 1 Classification. The Curtain can be cut with a sharp knife or scissors, and adhesive is supplied so that a 25 to 30mm overlap can be made, allowing the curtain to be made up to any size required. Envirograf Smoke Curtain is a very robust material and will stand up to hard wear. When fixing the Curtain to steel or concrete, use Envirograf FB/C Metal Straps; for fixing to timber use Envirograf FB/T Batttens. Available on 50m rolls.

A metal box (product 16) housing an Intumescent Strip designed for standard cat and dog flaps (not supplied). Your standard door flap will fit this. For doors that are fire rated in flats and landings. In a fire the Intumescent will expand, filling the hole, thereby maintaining the integrity of the door. These are simple to fit and are available in brown, white and grey. Fitted with internal Intumescent and PVC faced sponge, so that it is smooth for the cat and dog to go though. It will not seal or expand until the fire reaches 120°C at the door, approximately 4 minutes into the fire. Can be made to fit a brick wall of any thickness. Other sizes can be made for use with all makes of flaps.

Envirograf Covers for Framed Works of Art are designed to protect valuable works of art from the effects of smoke / fire, handling and water damage, giving time for withdrawal to a safe place. They are easy to fit by slipping the top retaining flap over the top of the picture frame and then fastening with elastic straps at the two lower corners. The Covers can be labelled to suit your referencing purposes.

A foil clad intumescent membrane section, made of a non porous material, to form a fire break between two roofs of adjoining properties. Unaffected by moisture. For use under roofing tiles and slates. Easily fitted with clout nails to roof trusses.

An internal barrier designed to inhibit the spread of fire and smoke from one roof space to another. Ideal for use in terraced and semi-detached houses. This product is economical and it can be fitted quickly and easily by one or two fitters working from inside the roof space. In a recent test carried out, an unprotected roof collapsed at 39 minutes, whereas the Envirograf FB70 Fire Barrier Curtain that has been tested to 87 minutes integrity, kept the protection from one roof to the next, giving valuable time for the fire department to arrive on site.

A circular metal collar with an Intumescent lining, giving 1 to 4 hours protection to pipes from 15mm to 650mm diameter. The fixing brackets can be twisted around to fix into different positions and can be pressed flat to fix to walls or ceilings. Extra holes are provided to move the fixing brackets to other positions.

The unit comprises a grille, single armoured glass plate and intumescent strips. The strips will react and seal the open area of the grille in a fire. Impact sound protection between floorboards and joists has been a considerable headache and costly problem to solve, until now. The suggested 25mm mineral fibre density strip offering 60-100 Kgs/m³ has been a way of dealing with the problem of sound. Acoustic Vent Grille contains micro-acoustic material to reduce the passage of sound from one room to another. It can be easily mounted onto a door or wall with screws. It is made from extruded aluminium profiles and consists of two sections with a 35mm wide edge. Both sections have U-shaped profiles containing micro-acoustic material.
