FIRE SPECIFICATION

New Fire Safety Legislation now requires many building owners to take full responsibility for all aspects of fire safety within their premises and as part of their risk assessment process they are also required to ensure the fire rating elements of the building structure.

As NAPFIS approved Fire Assessors and Specifiers our team of professional Consultants are on-hand to assess all aspects and areas of your premises to help you achieve Fire Safety order 2005 compliance.

To enable us to prepare a detailed Fire Protection and Fire Prevention specification for a building a Consultant will arrange a site visit to undertake a full survey and also discuss specific aspects of the project requirements with the site manager/owner. A report will then be produced detailing correct specification with full documentary evidence and providing Certification of Fire Compliance.

The fire prevention specification services team is headed by Martyn Young who, with over 20 years experience in providing solutions and technical support to passive fire applications, has advised on a broad spectrum of structures from new building developments to Grade I listed Stately homes and mansions working with Architects, Consultants, Building Control, Site Managers, Contract Managers and Planners to help with compliance of current building fire regulations.

In addition to producing a detailed Fire Protection and Fire Prevention specification for a building, we also offer the option to produce a 'kit' list of materials required for compliance for you AND a quotation to supply from the World's leading passive fire prevention products from Envirograf®.
